Recently, the Beijing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era Research Center held the 2021 research bases work summary and 2022 work deployment conference. Mo Gaoyi, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, minister of the Publicity Department and director of Beijing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era Research Center, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Fang Li, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the BJAST and director of the BJAST base, attended the meeting.

In 2021, under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the Municipal Party Committee and with great attention of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the BJAST, in the face of the severe situation of intensified external competition and the page reduction of Qiushi, People’s Daily, Guangming Daily and Economic Daily, BJAST base gave full play to the resource advantages of the academy and made further achievements in publishing the theoretical articles on the "three newspapers and one journal" and undertaking the tasks of the research center. After winning the "three excellence" for the first time in 2020,  BJAST base was rated as an excellent Beijing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era Research Center research base.

In the new year, BJAST base will continue to give full play to its strengths, overcome its weaknesses, take the strength of the whole academy, actively explore advantageous resources, fully tap media resources, and strive to make the achievements of BJAST base to a higher level. At present, BJAST base has published four theoretical articles including one headline on Qiushi, People’s Daily, Guangming Daily and Economic Daily, and successfully completed the assessment task of Beijing Research Center in the first quarter of 2022.
