Based on the theme of "open science", International Talent invited the BJAST for group contribution, and published the conference results of the 2021 Global Science and Technology Innovation High-Level Think Tank Forum in the special planning column. The manu contains high-end academic achievements by participants such as Fang Li, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the BJAST, Michael Levitt, winner of the 2013 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, George Smoot, winner of the 2006 Nobel Prize in Physics, and Liu Zhongfan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It makes acomprehensive interpretation of the ZGC Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance and the establishment of an open science exchange platform.

The Think Tank Forum, led by the BJAST, was successfully held in Zhongguancun, Beijing on September 25, 2021 with the theme of "The Concept and Practice of Open Science: Voice of Global High-level Think Tank". More than 110 top scientists and organization representatives from 10 countries including China, the United Kingdom and the United States were invited to participate in the meeting to jointly carry out academic sharing in the fields of high and new technology and sustainable development and discuss the concept of open science.

In the future, BJAST will continue to uphold the attitude of openness and cooperation in the field of science and technology, give full play to the resource advantages of the Think Tank Alliance platform, utilize both international and domestic resources, actively participate in global science and technology governance, continue to run the ZGC forum, make suggestions for development of open science, contribute to the construction of "Two Zones" and "Three Platforms", and spread the voice of BJAST and tell Chinese stories.
