From 1^st to 2^nd of December, under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park, BJAST held the "2021 Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Activity of BJAST". Yan Ying, the director of Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Division of the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park,, and Shao Jinwen, the vice president of BJAST delivered speeches respectively.

Yan Ying said that this event had a good demonstration and leading role for scientific research institutes and universities in the city to sort out the resources of scientific and technological achievements, stimulate the vitality of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Shao Jinwen pointed out that the BJAST, as the large-scale multidisciplinary high-level scientific research institution in Beijing, strengthens the connection of applied basic research, R&D incubation and industrial transformation and upgrading, plays a radiating and driving role, and actively promotes the deep integration of technological innovation and economic and social development.

This event focused on the three major areas of new material technology, health technology, and environmental protection technology. A total of three online special events were held, which showcased 20 high-quality scientific and technological achievements of the BJAST and attracted nearly 500 companies, colleges and universities, investment and financing institutions. The event was praised by the participants, and 10 cooperation intentions were promoted. At the meeting, scientific researchers introduced the overall situation of the project in terms of project background, key technology innovation, innovation team composition, intellectual property rights, and future development plans. The event invited industry experts such as Jin Shi, a researcher from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Development Center, to comment on the project results. The experts agreed that the project unit had strong scientific research capabilities, covered a wide range of fields, and had high technological maturity, the project results were in line with the National Fourteenth Five-Year Plan, and the project team was recommended to continue to innovate and develop, and accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
