On 23^rd of November, Shao Jinwen, the vice president of the BJAST, Fu Shunyi, the secretary of the County Party Committee of Gu'an County, Langfang City, Zhang Miao, the member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor, and the main responsible comrades of the Gu'an County High-tech Zone and relevant bureaus held a video conference to discuss joint promotion of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the cooperation intention to give plays to technological innovation as a leading role in the upgrading and transformation of Gu'an industry.

Fu Shunyi introduced the current economic, technological, and industrial development data of Gu'an, focusing on the three major industrial layouts of Gu'an electronic information, aerospace, and life and health, as well as the situation of 13 industrial parks constructed in cooperation with universities and scientific research institutes. Fu Shunyi pointed out that the BJAST and Gu'an had a good foundation for cooperation in high-tech industries and talents, and they could cooperate in the transformation of achievements in the future to jointly build a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development community.

Shao Jinwen introduced the basic situation of the current development and reform of the BJAST. He also pointed out that it is an important mission of the BJAST to promote the construction of the national science and technology innovation center and the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Gu'an is located in the industrial belt around Beijing and close to the south of Beijing. It has unique advantages to build a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development community. It is hoped that the two parties can reach a consensus on the key development direction of the Beijing Academy of Sciences in the future.

The two parties expressed that relying on their respective advantages and cooperation basis, they would further identify cooperation points and advance relevant work pragmatically.
