On 23^rd of November, Zou Jinsong, the director of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Management, led a team to the BJAST for research and discussion. Fang Li, the secretary of the leading party members’ group of the BJAST, and other leaders of the BJAST participated in the forum.

Zou Jinsong and his party affirmed the effectiveness of the BJAST in focusing on urban operation risk management and supporting government decision-making. The two sides exchanged views on key issues related to the health and safety of the citizens of the capital such as the "safety of electric bicycles" in the current city's safe operation. Zou Jinsong hoped that in the future, the two parties would further enhance the level of cooperation based on the operation and management needs of the capital city, and form a model for cooperation between government departments and scientific research institutions.

Fang Li said that as a scientific research unit directly under the municipal government, it was the responsibility of the BJAST to serve the central work of the municipal party committee and municipal government based on its own advantages. In the future, the BJAST would give priority to scientific and technological services to support the operation and management of the capital city, and earnestly use our advantages in scientific and technological resources to play a supporting role in the governance of the capital city.

In the next step, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Management and the BJAST would sign a strategic cooperation agreement to refine the content of cooperation and promote the implementation of cooperation projects.
