  • From 13th to 16th November, "The Second Luobifeng Forum on Urban Civilization and Innovation" was held in Sanya, Hainan Province. This forum was co-hosted by Peking University Urban Governance Research Institute, Sanya Urban Governance Research Institute of Sanya University, and Huanya Group and Huanya Research Institute, co-organized by the BJAST (Beijing Science and Technology Strategic Decision Consulting Center, "Science and Technology Think Tank" magazine), etc. .     On the afternoon of the 14th, the "Smart City" sub-forum hosted by BJAST, co-organized by the Beijing Science and Technology Strategic Decision Consulting Center (BJAST Think Tank), and undertaken by the "Science and Technology Think Tank" magazine was held. With the theme of "Smart City: Technology Empowerment, Smart Future", the sub-forum invited eight experts and scholars from academia, industry, and politics to discuss the theory and practice of smart city construction.

    Starting in 2020, BJAST will fully participate in the forum as the co-organizer of the conference and the organizer of the sub-forums. In 2021, it will jointly organize the "China Urban Governance Innovation Award" selection activity with the Urban Governance Institute of Peking University.
