• The Second "Zhongshan Forum" was Held By BJAST

  • On 13rd October, the second "Zhongshan Forum" co-sponsored by the Beijing Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang and BJSAT was held in the Beike Building. Representatives from the Central Committee of Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Revolutionary Organizations, governments, enterprises, research institutions and members of the National Revolutionary Party, conducted exchanges and discussions on the theme of "new formats, new opportunities, and new trends in the digital economy".

    Zhou Liping, the second-level inspector of the Research Department of the Central Committee of Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and other leaders attended. Fang Li, Secretary of Party Committee of BJAST, attended and delivered a speech.

    Fang Li said that, in 2019, BJAST signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Beijing Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang for the development of think tank cooperation. This year, the two sides focused on the development of Beijing digital trade and conduct a joint survey. It was hoped that, through the "Zhongshan Forum", think tanks can improve the ability of accurate service decisions, and contribute to the building of a comprehensive demonstration zone for the expansion of the national service industry and free trade pilot zone that featuring technological innovation, service industry opening, and digital economy.

    At the forum, Xia Jiechang, deputy dean of the Institute of Financial Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, second-level researcher and president of the Chinese Marketing Society, and other experts delivered keynote speeches.

    "Zhongshan Forum" is a platform for exchanges and discussion of politics created by the Beijing Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. It aims to coordinate the talent resources of the National Revolutionary Party and various think tank experts, gather wisdom, build consensus, and provide advice and suggestions around the hot issues in the national economy and social development .
