According to "Notice of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee Office on the Selection Results of the 2020 Postdoctoral International Exchange Program Introduction Project (First Batch)", Dr. Zhu Jing who was introduced by the BJAST, won the 2020 annual introduction project (the first batch) with the funding of 400 thousand. This is the first time that BJAST has received the introduction of the China Postdoctoral Fund.

Zhu Jing received her Ph.D. from Utrecht University in the Netherlands in January 2020. Her post-doctorate research was on maternal and child health. During the Ph.D. study period, she participated in a number of research projects and achieved outstanding scientific research results; after entering the post-doctoral workstation, she received funding from the National Nutrition Research Fund of the Chinese Nutrition Society; the funding of the introduced projects will further effectively guarantee the development of her post-doctoral research.

In the past 3 years, the post-doctoral workstation of BJAST has achieved major breakthroughs in municipal talent projects and post-doctoral funds. The post-doctoral team has become the main force of the high-level scientific and technological talents of our institute; the post-doctoral workstation has become more and more important in the cultivation, selection and introduction of outstanding young talents.
