Recently, BJAST held a postdoctor academic exchange meeting. President Guo Guangsheng attended the meeting. Personnel attending the meeting included three postdoctoral cooperation instructors from the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection, the Center of Urban System Engineering and the Information Institute, the relevant persons in charge of talent management of the Beijing Computing Center and the persons in charge of the Human Resources Division of the BJAST.

At the meeting, the postdoctors of BJAST reported the progress and experience of scientific research work since entering the station, and discussed the difficult problems in scientific research work with leaders and present instructors.

Guo Guangsheng listened to the postdoctors' research reports and commented on them, fully affirming post doctors' solid academic foundation, rigorous academic style and innovative research spirit. He pointed out that the whole BJAST should first unify the thought, fully understand the importance of postdoctoral work, then he put forward requirements. Firstly, seize the opportunity, always maintain a sense of urgency, and actively use various learning opportunities to improve the comprehensive quality; Secondly, actively apply for scientific research projects; Thirdly, take part in more academic activities, speak more and practice more to improve the comprehensive academic level and ability. Fourthly, abide by academic norms and morality.
