From November 21 to 22, the 2019 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Science and Technology Resources Information Sharing and Collaborative Development Forum was held in Beijing with the theme of "Resource Integration •Data Drive •Innovation, Sharing •Cohesive Development". Sponsored by the BJAST and the Computer Network Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and jointly organized by the Beijing Decision-making Consultant Center, the Beijing Institute of Science and Technology Information, the Tianjin Institute of Science and Technology Information and the Hebei Institute of Science and Technology Information, the forum invited leaders, experts and scholars from relevant departments of science and technology to make suggestions in order to improve the level of innovative services and jointly promote high-quality regional development. Fang Li, Secretary of Party Committee of the BJAST, and Yao Shengli, Deputy General Manager of Zhongguancun Development Group, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Zhao Chunjiang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, delivered a keynote speech. Xie Wei, former Vice President of the BJAST, attended the forum and Shao Jinwen, the incumbent Vice President, presided over the opening ceremony.

Fang Li pointed out that he hoped that this forum would help to build a platform for the scientific and technological resource sharing, cooperation and exchange across regions in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and to further strengthen close ties with all parties for in-depth all-round scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, and new space for the interconnection and sharing of scientific and technological resources.

Zhao Chunjiang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Agricultural Intelligent Information Service Based on Big Data".

Experts such as Duan Yanhong from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordination Office of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform made thematic reports. A number of big data application results such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Science and Technology Resources Intelligent Question and Answer Service Platform were released at the meeting.

During this period, "Special Report", "Round Table Dialogue" and "Standard Discussion" were organized.
