On November 14, the Tianjin Big Data Industry Summit and Digital Economy Summit Forum hosted by the Tianjin Big Data Association was held in Hexi District of Tianjin. Shen Changxiang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Jiang Dezhi, Deputy Secretary and District Head of Hexi District of Tianjin, and Cheng Xiaofeng, Deputy Secretary General of Information Security Industry Branch of China Information Industry Trade Association attended the summit.

At the summit, the review team released 100 big data application scenario solicitation solutions with outstanding innovation-oriented needs and application promotion value to the world and big data enterprises from all over the world actively participated in the election and submitted the solutions. After more than two months of solicitation and screening, the expert group selected 100 excellent solutions from hundreds of solutions. The "Smart Government Big Data Analysis Platform" recommended by the Beijing Science and Technology Holdings Management Center and independently developed by the Beijing Computing Center was selected as the excellent solution of "Big Data Government Application Plan".

The Smart Government Big Data Analysis Platform, developed by the Beijing Computing Center for the proposals of the NPC and CPPCC proposals, can realize the whole process management service and intelligent analysis service for proposals. It is an intelligent service platform that can effectively measure the performance of deputies and members.
