Recently, the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Digital Map Platform Service for Science and Technology Resources" independently developed by The Information Institute of BJAST passed the expert review organized by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, confirming that the service has entered the list of the ninth batch of Beijing New Technology and New Products (Services).

It is based on the Web GIS framework, which integrates the functions of scientific and technological resources information query and statistics, spatial analysis and visualization, comprehensive evaluation, supply and demand docking and sharing services. The platform is oriented by the major needs of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region collaborative innovation and industrial development, and provides information query and visual analysis services to the government, enterprises and scientific researchers by integrating scientific and technological resources information such as scientific and technological institutions, scientific and technological talents, scientific and technological achievements, adopting the integration mode of "scientific and technological resources+digital maps, internet + scientific and technological services".

This approval is an affirmation by the relevant departments of the Beijing municipal government that The Information Institute of BJAST provides the government and society with high-quality scientific and technological information services. It will play a role in promoting the information institute to continue to serve the capital's scientific and technological development in the future.
