On September 25, Wu Jianmin, Deputy Secretary of the leading party members’ group and President of the BJAST, led a team to Wuqing District, Tianjin, to participate in the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between the BJAST and the Wuqing District People's Government, and exchanged views with Xu Yingwu, Deputy Secretary of the Wuqing District Party Committee and Head of the district. Liu Songlin, deputy head of Wuqing District, presided over the discussion and exchange. Lu Yuguo, a leader of the BJAST, participated in the study and exchange together, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Wuqing District People's Government on behalf of the BJAST.

Wu Jianmin pointed out in his speech that in the next step, the BJAST will take this strategic cooperation signing as an opportunity to combine the scientific and technological innovation advantages of the BJAST with the advanced manufacturing R&D advantages of Wuqing District, accelerating the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation community, providing scientific and technological support for regional high-quality development, and providing new impetus for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation.
