On September 4, the 2023 CIFTIS Service Demonstration Case Exchange Conference was held, at which the selected service demonstration cases of this year's CIFTIS were officially announced. The case of On-site Analysis Instruments and Technologies for Thallium Pollutants in Water Environment of the Institute of Analysis and Testing of BJAST won the award of Green Development Demonstration Case.

The selected case is based on the many years’ work of Dr. Zu Wenchuan's team in the analysis technology of thallium pollutants in the water environment. The promotion of relevant instruments and technologies is conducive to reducing the risk of thallium pollution in the water environment and building a green water ecological environment. The award fully reflects the positive contributions made by the Institute of Analysis and Testing in the field of environmental protection and green development.
