On 29th September, completion ceremony of English and International Communication Ability Training of BJAST was held online. The project was sponsored by the Division of International Cooperation and Training Center of BJAST. The training was launched in early May and lasted more than 4 months. More than 60 scientific researchers from BJAST and subordinate institutes participated in the training and completed the course.

This training was undertaken by the Institute of International Talents of Beijing Foreign Studies University entrusted by BJAST, and the training program was tailored according to the training needs of our institute. Affected by the epidemic, Training Center and the Division of International Cooperation of BJAST actively promoted the online teaching mode, and the Institute of International Talents provided online teaching technology and teaching plans. This training was based on outstanding experts from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and the training content was highly practical. The training implemented a strict attendance system, evaluations before and after the training were undertaken. 6 excellent students were selected based on attendance, classroom performance, and completion evaluation. In addition, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of the trainees and the training effect, further analysis and research will be conducted to provide a more scientific basis and support for the future development and effect evaluation of our training work.
