On September 9th, BJAST held a symposium on rewarding and commending representatives of public institution staff in 2019. Fang Li, secretary of party group, and Zheng Huanmin, president of BJAST, attended the meeting, and Liu Qingjun, vice president of BJAST presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Zheng Huanmin read out the "Decision of the Party Group of the Beijing Academy of Science and Technology of the Communist Party of China on Rewarding Staff of Public Institutions in 2019", and Liu Qingjun read out the award list of collectives, individuals, and agencies for commemorating merits. Fang Li and Zheng Huanmin awarded medals, medals, and certificates to collectives and individuals who have received meritorious credits.

Fang Li pointed out that this commendation is both a personal honor and an honor of BJAST. He put forward that, firstly, we must earnestly study Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the principles and policies of governing the country, absorb the nutrition of the general secretary’s thought, and implement the learning experience and experience into the work. Secondly, we must combine our work and experience, concentrate our efforts on major events, carry forward the spirit of struggle, and strive to further advance the development of scientific research and the innovation of BJAST.
