Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the results of the 2020 "Key R&D Projects of Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology". Three projects, including "Key Technology Research on the Comprehensive Utilization of Marinade Produced in the Processing of Pickles" jointly declared by Beijing Institute of Nutritional Resources with Baoding HuaiMao Group, "Research on Key Preparation Technologies and New Product Development of High Activity Chicory Insoluble Dietary Fiber" jointly declared with Hebei WILOF, as well as the "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Common Detection of Active Proteins and Functional Lipids in Milk and Dairy Products" jointly declared with Hebei Junlebao Dairy Industry, have been approved. The total research funding for the three projects are RMB760,000, laying a solid foundation for in-depth Beijing-Hebei cooperation in the field of nutrition and health.
