In recent days, the project "Digital Map Platform of Scientific and Technological Resources for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei", which was independently developed by the Beijing Institute of Science and Technology Information won the Kylin Science and Technology Award of 2019, which also called the Excellent Science and Technology Innovation Award of Beijing. The award is a social science and technology award (No. 0282) approved and registered by the National Office for Science & Technology Awards.

Under the support of BJAST, this Digital Map Platform of Scientific and Technological Resources for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei was jointly developed and formed by Tianjin Institute of Science and Technology Information and other institutions led by the Institute for Scientific Information. The platform takes Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation and major demand of industrial development as the guidance, making use of big data, GIS, Internet and other technical means, through the integration of information from institutions of science and technology, with its characteristic mode of "scientific and technological resources + digital map + intelligence forecasting + platform service", and provides information services, resource services and decision-making consultation services to the government, enterprises and scientific research personnel.

Being awarded "the Kylin Science and Technology Award of 2019", this time, our platform, via "the introduction of science and technology innovation in Beijing" and "Beijing science and technology talent research association" these two WeChat public accounts, as well as the Beijing news broadcast Illuminate the Depths of the News and a Beijing foreign language radio Pleasant Life, embodies that the industry highly recognized the practice outcomes of intelligence service.
