On May 20, online talk theming on "International Science and Technology Cooperation and the Application for EPU Scholarship Program" was jointly held by Beijing Exchange Center of Science and Technology and Eurasia-Pacific Uninet (EPU). The conference was hosted by Huang Lin, Deputy Director of the Beijing Exchange Center of Science and Technology. Attendants including Professor Rausch, Chairman of the EPU, and more than 60 representatives from over 20 universities across the country.

The conference was divided into two parts. Professor Rausch, Chairman of the EPU, made an introduction on the international science and technology cooperation of EPU at the beginning, followed by the policy interpretation of the application for Austria's scholarship during the epidemic period, and Q&A part at the end.

The lecture had a positive influence on advancing the international communication between scientific researchers in universities.
