The Beijing Exchange Center of Science and Technology has been selected into the first batch of institutions for skill upgrading and training of high-tech and advanced industry. The activities aiming to collect high-tech and advanced industry training organizations that can offer scientific service and so on, were organized by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission.

After recent years of experience accumulating and pioneering innovation, the Center has become the member unit of the Technological Brokers Association, with a number of its personnel granted the technical broker certificate and the certificate of standardized evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. Besides, the center has gained the resource reserves and capacity requiring for carrying out the training of science and technology service industry, and has developed relatively complete training courses on technology service, which has laid a solid foundation for becoming a training institution of high-tech and advanced industry. Only identified training institutions can offer training services to enterprises, and only when talents be trained at the identified institutions can they enjoy the subsidy policy.

Facing of the impact of the outbreak, the Exchange Center will carry out training programs for science and technology agents by focusing on the assessment of scientific and technological achievements, the obstacles, issues, paths and methods of the commercialization of scientific and research findings, so as to promote the improvement of the quality and professional skills of employees, and to promote the development of enterprises with scientific and technological services.
