During the outbreak, BJAST suspended offline professional further education training in strict accordance with the regulations of Notice on Suspending Offline Professional Further Education Training issued on January 31 by Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

To ensure the suspended class, ongoing learning of the staff of the academy, the BJAST Information Center emergently installed the video conference system and promoted it to BJAST authority and 27 subordinate units. Currently, total 1,942 people of the academy have registered with the system, and the academy has held total 734 conferences with cumulative meeting time of 16,805min.

The BJAST Computing Center, Training Center, Beike Rongzhi held the EBDP certification training course by the video conference system on March 5-6 and 9-10. Zhao Liutao, the Deputy Director of the BJAST Computing Center, APMG authorized lecturer gave lessons including the big data introduction. The training course attracted more than 300 students to learn online. Before the training course, we played the pandemic prevention and control video, to provide powerful support for learning and scientific prevention and control of the BJAST staff during the outbreak.
