• Representatives of European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Visited BJAST

  • On October 8, Ms. Mary Ritter, Head of the China project of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), Mr. Jonas van Bockhaven, EIT Cross-board Official, Wang Xiaoping, Deputy General Manager of Egroup and other members of the delegation went to the BJAST for exchanges. Liu Qingjun, Vice President of the BJAST, Li Junkai, Director of the Foreign Cooperation Division, and relevant personnel attended the discussion.

    At the conference, Liu Qingjun, on behalf of the BJAST, welcomed the EIT representatives, and said that amid the current international environment, he hoped to carry out long-term cooperation with EIT in the policy and business levels, promote the two-way docking and exchange between the BJAST and science and technology institutions in Europe, and facilitate common development.

    Later, Li Junkai introduced the basic situation, development goals, development strategies and the development of international cooperation of the BJAST; Ms. Mary shared the basic information about EIT's organization, the steps of the global development plan and the EIT operation mode.

    Finally, the two sides communicated on the establishment of EIT China headquarters in Beijing and future cooperation in scientific research, talents, projects and other aspects, and reached a cooperation intention. Going forward, they will actively unlock the potential of cooperation, so as to promote high-level and wide-range project cooperation, and realize mutual benefit and win-win scenario.
