On March 22, Beijing Exchange Center of Science and Technology was invited to participate in the celebration of the National Day of the Republic of Serbia, attended by representatives of many countries in China, Chinese diplomats and media representatives.

Milan Bacevic, ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to China, said in his speech that in recent years the relations between the two countries have risen to the level of comprehensive strategic partners. In the future, the two countries will carry out a series of activities at all levels to further deepen their relations in various fields.

During the celebration, Huang Lin, deputy director of BECST, exchanged with Marlena Markovic (Marlena Marković), secretary of the Serbian embassy in China, expressing gratitude to the Serbian embassy for its support over the past year and discussing the direction of continued cooperation this year, including inviting relevant Serbian institutions to participate in the exhibition activities hosted by our institute in 2019. Marlena said that she would continue to support our cooperation and exchanges with Serbia and promote the scientific and technological cooperation and development between the two countries.
