From November 2nd to 3rd, Zheng Xin, Member of the Leading Party members’ group and Vice President of the BJAST, led a team to China Unicom Hebei Branch to exchange and sign a strategic cooperation agreement.

At the meeting, Zheng Xin said that the cooperation between Hebei Unicom and BJAST is a concrete practice for the in-depth implementation of the scientific and technological innovation strategy, and a practical measure to promote the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. BJAST will take this strategic cooperation as an opportunity to give full play to the advantages of scientific research institutes, deeply integrate into the innovation chain and industrial chain led by Hebei Unicom, and make every effort to provide support and cooperation for Hebei Unicom in key areas such as smart city and ecological environment, assist Hebei Unicom to achieve complete solutions in more fields and industries, and strive to build a model project for industry-research cooperation.

At the signing ceremony, Zheng Xin and He Wei signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hebei Unicom on behalf of the BJAST and unveiled the BJAST-Hebei Unicom Low-carbon Smart City Research Center.
