On July 20 and 21, the BJAST and the Beijing Municipal "Two Zones" Office jointly held two 2023 Beijing "Two Zones" Promotion and Matchmaking Event, namely the Mexico High-end Service Industry Session and the Japan New Energy Vehicle Session.

With the theme of "Opportunities and High-end Service Industry Cooperation between Beijing and Mexico", the 2023 Beijing "Two Zones" Promotion and Matchmaking Event invited industry associations and leading enterprises in the fields of information technology, digital economy, new energy, cross-border e-commerce, green finance, and professional services between Beijing and Mexico to discuss CPTPP opportunities, especially new market opportunities brought by digital transformation cooperation.

With the theme of "Sharing New Opportunities in New Energy Vehicle Industry Chain Cooperation", more than 40 Chinese and Japanese enterprises and institutions in the field of new energy vehicles, including ORIX Group, Shinwa Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd., Society of Automotive Engineers of China, China Automobile Dealers Association, and Li Auto, participated in the conference and exchanges.

The successful holding of the "Two Zones" promotion series is an important measure for the BJAST to take the initiative to forge ahead, and actively undertake the key work of the municipal government, and it is also a full embodiment of the full integration of the BJAST into the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center and the open innovation ecology.
