Recently, the Hebei Province Science and Technology Achievement Transfer and Transformation Think Tank, jointly established by the Jinghe Institute of Science and Technology, the Science and Technology Think Tank Center of the BJAST, and the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Promotion Center, was approved as the Hebei Science and Technology Innovation Think Tank.

The Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Achievements Transfer and Transformation Think Tank jointly established by the BJAST will serve the strategic goal of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, gather high-level intellectual resources, carry out theoretical innovation and strategic research around the overall and forward-looking issues of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and provide strategic consultation and services for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
