On 24^th of November, the ZGC Global High-end Think Tank Alliance (hereinafter referred to as “ZGCTA”) and the Online Entrepreneurship Center of Hebrew University of Jerusalem and other governing units of the ZGCTA formally launched the ZGCTA "Voice of the Think Tank" series of lectures and BJAST International Lecture Hall. The lecture centered on the theme of "Innovation System Construction and International Cooperation in Science and Technology", and planned 4 times with a total of 8 sessions based on the resources of high-end experts at home and abroad from the ZGCTA. At the same time, this lecture was also one of the series of activities of "I Do Practical Things for the Masses" of the Center for International and Regional Cooperation, BJAST.

In the first part of the "Voice of the Think Tank" series of lectures, researcher Guan Chenghua, the dean of Capital Institute of Science and Technology Development Strategy, and researcher Fang Li, the secretary of the leading party members’ group of the BJAST, were invited to discuss topics on "Innovation is a beneficial exploration of human beings in unknown fields—and discuss the essence of innovation" and "Promoting international cooperation in science and technology innovation with the construction of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center", with more than 150 people from the heads and backbones of the governing units of the ZGCTA, the scientific research and management personnel of the BJAST, the Go-global international cooperation specialists, the members of the high translation team, and the audience of the "BJAST International Lecture Hall".

Expert lectures were well-positioned, far-sighted, explained the profound things in a simple way, combined theory with practice, and gave a good explanation on how to build a technologically innovative country in my country. The trainees expressed that the lecture was rich in content and deeply inspired by the current work.
