From 18^th to 20^th of October, the 2021 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Bohai Rim) Achievement Transformation Series Activities were held in Tianjin. This event was guided by the Science and Technology Achievements and Regional Innovation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, sponsored by Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, co-organized by Beijing and other provincial and municipal science and technology departments (commissions, bureaus), and BJAST Holdings Management Center and many other transfer institutions were the main support units.

At the meeting, BJAST Holdings Management Center signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements with seven well-known transfer institutions including China Technology Exchange. This strategic cooperation was an expansion of the cooperation in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, aiming at the transfer of scientific and technological achievements in five provinces and two cities in the Bohai Rim region (Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Shandong) Transformation, unblocking the market circulation channels of technological innovation elements, accelerating the efficiency of the transfer and transformation of technological innovation achievements between regions, creating a good transformation and transformation ecology of technological achievements, and also adding a new platform for the incubation and transformation of the achievements of the BJAST.

A total of 167 scientific and technological achievements were gathered in this event, and 189 technical requirements were publicly released. Recommended by BJAST Holdings Management Center, 20 scientific and technological achievements of BJAST were released at the conference.
