On 6^th of September, during the China International Fair for Trade in Services in 2021, "Connect the World · Create the Future" Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-end Project Matchmaking for International (Northern Europe) Sports Service was held.  The sponsors of the conference are BJAST, Beijing Two Zones Office, Dingzhou Municipal People's Government in Hebei Province, and Institute Alliance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and the organizers are Beijing Exchange Center of Science and Technology, Beijing Academy of Science and Technology Holding Co., Ltd and Arctic Green Development AS (Norway). The conference mobilizes to respond to the "Belt and Road" Initiative and the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development" strategy, centers on the theme of "Connect the World·Create the Future", and focuses on the hotspots such as Winter Olympics highlighted by science and technology and sports services. The conference is officially held online through the CIFTIS cloud conference and displayed on the live platform officially designated by the CIFTIS. Shao Jinwen, the deputy president of the BJAST, and Zhang Tao, the secretary-general of Dingzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC, delivered speeches. Zhang Caifang, the mayor of the Dingzhou Municipal People's Government, introduced the sports industry in Dingzhou, and Du Lei, the director of Integrated Coordination Division of Beijing Two Zones Office, introduced the policies of the two Zones.

Shao Jinwen pointed out that as an important supporting force of the "Science and Technology Winter Olympics", BJAST would like to use the major technological needs of the Beijing Winter Olympics as an opportunity for research and development and cooperation to strengthen contacts with various institutions and enhance scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation. Zhang Tao expressed the hope that this event would be used as an opportunity to deepen the exchanges and cooperation between Dingzhou and institutions at home and abroad, and further enhance the visibility and influence of Dingzhou's sports industry. Zhang Caifang introduced the development of sports industry in Dingzhou. Du Lei introduced the overall situation of Beijing's "two zones" construction.

The conference invited international special guests to speak and they shared the advanced experience of the Nordic countries in the field of ice and snow sports services. There are 9 institutions including Arctic Green Development Co., Ltd. (Norway) from Nordic countries and Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei universities and innovative enterprises to release high-quality projects in the field of sports services.
