From 24^th to 25^th of September , the 22nd National Paper Annual Conference (2021) sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and co-organized by the Social Sciences Academic Press and the Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. This year's meeting would gather the theme of "New Tasks and New Goals for the Development of the Paper in the New Journey of Building a Socialist Modern Country" to discuss topics such as the role of the Paper in economic and social development, national governance, and think tank construction.

At the meeting, the 12th "Excellent Paper Award" awarding ceremony was held. Dr. Jiang Guanghua, who wrote the "Beijing Culture and Technology Integration Development Report (2019-2020)" and was the associate researcher of Innovation and Development Strategy of the BJAST and a key member of the cultural technology integration research team, won the third "Excellent Report Award" of the 12th Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Prize.
