On 15^th of July, the Human Resources Division of the BJAST holds a training and exchange meeting for the competitive young talent plan. Liu Qingjun, the deputy president of the BJAST, attends the meeting, and more than 20 young scientific and technological talents from the affiliated units of the academy participate in the meeting.

Liu Qingjun gives a lecture on "Youth Talent Project Condensation and Competitive Strategies" to young scientific and technological talents. Combining years of successful experience in applying for major national scientific research projects and his experience as a review expert on various competitive projects, he shares the project application competition strategy with young scientific and technological talents in terms of project application paradigms and key points, and exchanges with young talents in response to the questions raised by the participants.

In combination with the current application stage of the Beijing Science and Technology New Star Program, in order to help the applicants of BJAST to further understand the key points of the program and improve their application skills, the exchange meeting also invites three new technology stars, Zhao Junjuan, Shen Chunming, and Dai Pei, to share and exchange their experience in the application of the Beijing Science and Technology New Star Program.

Previously, the Human Resources Division and Training Center of BJAST actively organized young scientific and technological talents of the BJAST to participate in the policy publicity meeting of relevant municipal departments, which built a channel for young talents to keep abreast of the latest talent plan declaration policies.
