The Division of International Cooperation of BJAST specially invites researcher Liu Qingjun, the deputy president of the BJAST and other professors, to give lectures on the topic of "International Innovation Team Building". Nearly 40 Go-Global international cooperation specialists, senior translators and some key members of the talent team from the BJAST and its 12 affiliated units participate in the training. Li Junkai, director of Division of International Cooperation of BJAST , preside over the training.

This training is one of a series of team training and team building activities since the establishment of the Go-Global international cooperation specialist and senior translation team, and it is also the first offline training activity.

Liu Qingjun explains what is a team, the development stage and leadership of the team, the role of the innovation team, how to operate and manage the team, etc., and introduces the different leadership styles in the different development stages of the team. Pei Zhiyong, an associate researcher of Beijing Computing Center organizes team role evaluation and team development mid-stage evaluation, and further explains the team role theory and the basic process of team growth. Researcher Liu Weili from Beijing Center for Physical & Chemical Analysis and the teaching assistant team lead the trainees to conduct teamwork practical exercises, and go through four rounds of practical exercises and comments.

The trainees express that they will make full use of the guidance and practice they have learned in the future, give full play to the role of Go-Global international cooperation specialists, senior translators and talent teams, build an international innovation team, and help to give full play to the supporting role of international cooperation talents in the international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation of the BJAST.
