• Beijing Center for Physical & Chemical Analysis Participates in the International Conference on " Mineral Oil Contaminants in Food "

     From 10th to 11th of June, researcher Wu Yanwen from Beijing Center for Physical & Chemical Analysis is invited to participate in the " Mineral Oil Contaminants in Food " international conference held by the German Fat Society (DGF), and made a report named "Optimization of Extraction Method for the High Sensitivity Detection of MOH in IF".

    This international conference discusses the current mineral oil contamination in food. The content of the conference includes "toxicological research and risk assessment of mineral oil components, the latest developments in mineral oil analysis methods, and the differences in analytical data." In addition, the meeting focuses on the results of a project of the German Food Industry Research Association (FEI), which is proposed effective measures to reduce mineral oil pollutants in edible oil.

    More than 150 experts and scholars from all over the world engaged in mineral oil research attend the meeting in the form of online. The speakers are mainly European scholars who lead the global research on mineral oil pollutants. Researcher Wu Yanwen is invited to participate in the conference. In addition to sharing the latest research results of her team, she also starts discussions with international colleagues, aiming to jointly solve the problems in mineral oil pollution analysis and promote the rapid development of mineral oil analysis technology.
