• The Technical Achievements of Elderly Nursing Care Diet by Beijing Institute of Nutritional Resource Appeared at NHNE China International Natural Health and Nutrition Expo

    From 12th to 14th May, the China International Natural Health and Nutrition Expo (NHNE) ended at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. As the trend indicator of the health and nutrition industry, this year's NHNE attracted more than 1,200 food production and processing enterprises, industry associations and scientific research institutions from all over the country to participate. The exhibits covered many categories such as health food, and nearly 100,000 professional visitors visited the exhibition. As a well-known scientific research and development institution of nutrition and health food in China, Beijing Institute of Nutritional Sources was invited to participate in the exhibition.

    In the 52V19 exhibition area, Beijing Institute of Nutritional Sources launched the "Elderly Nursing Care Diet" technical achievement display, covering the research and development achievements of ordinary meals for the elderly, providing a full range of nutritional diet solutions for the elderly, and realizing the whole process technical services in the process of food industrialization, such as product project approval. The exhibition attracted attention from manufacturers, industry associations, and the media.

    During the conference and forum, Beijing Institute of Nutritional Sources participated in the "First NHNE Nutrition Industry Development Forum for the Middle-aged and Elderly" organized by the Nutritional Food Branch of the Chinese Society of Gerontology and Geriatrics. Researcher He Mei, deputy director of Beijing Institute of Nutritional Sources, made a special report on the status of our country's aging society and its response path, explaining the status quo of our country's elderly care institutions, the reform of the license of elderly care institutions, the current status of diets for the elderly in our country, and the nutritional response plan. The report was well received by the guests.
