On February 4th, Yang Wenliang, general manager of Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Limited and chairman of Intellectuals Association f Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Limited, and Zhang Meng, director of the Non-Party Intellectual Work Department of the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, visited the BJAST for investigation and discussion. Before the meeting, Fang Li, secretary of the leading party members’ group of BJAST, had a communication with the guests. The two sides discussed new models and new ideas for promoting the cooperation between academies and enterprises and pushing on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Wang Li, deputy secretary of the leading party members’ group and vice president of BJAST, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Wang Li introduced the BJAST’s history, key areas, scientific research results and the situation of the Intellectuals Association of BJAST. She also expressed the hope that under the guidance of the United Front Work Department of Municipal Party Committee, with the help of the platform of the Intellectuals Association and based on each other’s advantages and characteristics, we can establish in-depth communication and explore cooperation models to realize the common development of BJAST and Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Limited.　

Zhang Meng pointed out that the BJAST has abundant advantages in scientific and technological resources. Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Limited has obvious advantages in terms of capital and space. The United Front Work Department of Municipal Party Committee will play a good role as a bridge and provide full support and assistance.　　

Yang Wenliang introduced the development direction and business scope of Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Limited. Sun Hong, director of Human Resources Department of Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Limited and secretary-general of Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Intellectuals Association, introduced the construction of the Intellectuals Association. Yi Tong, president of the Intellectuals Association of BJAST and director of the Beijing Research Center for Science of Science, Guo Lugang, director of the Technology Transfer Center of the BJAST, and Li Junkai, director of the the Division of International Cooperation, exchanged ideas on the development of the Association, the transformation of results, and international cooperation. The two parties reached an agreement and expressed that they would use this meeting as an opportunity to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with the Intellectuals Association as a platform, and make continuous efforts to realize the cooperation between academies and enterprises and promote the in-depth integration of industry, university and research.
