On January 17, 2021, the "Digital Innovation, Smart Future, Shenyang•ZGC Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center Founding Anniversary Conference and 2021 China•Shenyang Digital Industry Innovation and Development Forum" was held in Shenyang•ZGC Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center. The ZGC Global High-Level ThinkTank Alliance ( hereinafter referred to as "ZGCTA") was invited to attend. The conference was conducted in the form of "online + offline". More than 40 people, including experts, entrepreneur representatives, and leaders from Shenyang, Beijing and other relevant departments attended the meeting on site, and other guests attended the meeting online.

Gao Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, attended and delivered speeches. Experts such as Wu Hequan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and former vice president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, gave keynote speeches respectively.

The Beijing-Shenyang Industrial Technology Innovation Association was established during the conference. Wang Li, deputy secretary of the leading party members’ group and vice president of BJAST, Chairman Unit of ZGCTA, attended and signed the strategic alliance cooperation agreement. The signing of the agreement is a realistic measure for the ZGCTA to integrate into the overall situation of Beijing-Shenyang cooperation and help Shenyang's development. Li Junkai, secretary general of ZGCTA and director of the division of international cooperation of BJAST, gave a keynote report, with the theme of "Integrating Digital Innovation into the New Development Pattern of Double Cycle", starting with the opportunities and challenges facing the development of Shenyang City, combining with the BJAST as a local scientific research institute, its research results and application cases in digital innovation provide BJAST solutions for promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of Shenyang.
