POSITION: Member of the Standing Committee and Director-General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee

INTRODUCTION:

FEIJIN DU serves as a member of the Standing Committee and the Director-General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee. He has been working in the area of cultural and publicity for a long time with multiple leading positions in the Party’s publicity and cultural departments. With a profound background of both theories and academic research, he has rich working experience in areas of press and culture. His publications include The Governance of China: A Study on the Modernization of National Governance, Transition and Pursuit, and Theories on Building up a Law-Based Government. Mr. Du is among the first team of the "Four Batchs Talents Project"(a talent project of the national publicity and culture system) and the national "Ten-thousand Talents Programme", enjoying the Special Allowance of the State Council.
