On May 14, the Health Commission of Chaoyang District held the start-up meeting on its consulting project in "the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan". Attendants including Lu Yuguo, leader of BJAST, and Yang Hua, Deputy Director of the Health Commission of Chaoyang District.

The Health Commission of Chaoyang District launched public bidding for its consulting project in April. Eventually, Beijing Computing Center was selected as the project implementation unit. This consulting project will carry out Chaoyang district's health program in "the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" based on the current status and development design of information construction in its health sector.

At the meeting, Lu Yuguo noted that the team of BJAST will implement the project with a high standard by giving overall consideration, pushing scientific research, making precise plans and aiming to set a benchmark in the region-level information system construction of Beijing.
