• BJAST Held a Training Session of Best Practice in Talents Development.

  • From November 27 to 29, Mark Mikelat, a teacher from California State University, Long Beach, gave a training session of Best Practice in Talents Development at the invitation of BJAST. The training session was co-organized by the Human Resources Division and the Training Center. More than 20 talent management members and scientific research professionals attended the session.

    In this three-day training session, Mark Mikelat gave lectures in English with Chinese interpretation and introduced methods and theories of talent introduction, training, employment and performance appraisal. Theoretical teaching, case analysis, group discussion and other teaching methods were employed during the training, and trainees communicated with Mark Mikelat about questions in talent management.

    This session represents a "bring in" program after our overseas training program at California State University, Long Beach and was held in an attempt to get inspirations for our talent management, strengthen scientific guidance for talent introduction, training, employment and high-caliber talent management, intensify efforts to stimulate the innovative thinking of talents, create a good innovation atmosphere and advance the construction of our hi-tech innovation capacity and talent teams and also the construction of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center through drawing experience from the practices of the US in talents development.
