Recently, two American experts introduced by the BJAST under the project of Variable Cross-section Microperforated Plate and Sound Insulation Screen Muffler were successfully selected into the Beijing High-level Foreign Talents Subsidy Scheme (key subsidy).

In order to further promote the introduction of foreign high-level talents throughout the academy, the Human Resources Department of our academy specially invited Pan Fengcai, Deputy Director of the Beijing Foreign Experts and Foreign Employment Affairs Center, and Liu zhaozhe, the Section Chief, to come to our academy for research. Relevant personnel from our academy’s Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection, Beijing Research Center of Urban System Engineering, Beijing Research Center for Science of Science and other units participated in the investigation. Liu Qing, deputy director of the Human Resources Department of the academy, introduced the basic situation of the BJAST and the situation of talents introduction work carried out by the BJAST to the personnel from Beijing Foreign Experts and Foreign Employment Affairs Center. Wei Zhiyong, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection, introduced the scientific research layout of the academy and the implementation of foreign talent projects. Pan Fengcai, deputy director, communicated with the participants, answered the specific questions of our academy in applying for and implementing the talent introduction project, and sent policies, information and services to our academy.

In the future, our academy will continue to strengthen the construction of high-level talents and flexible recruitment of talents, vigorously promote and explore the domestic and foreign talent introduction and development mode with scientific and technological innovation as the core, and assist the construction of the national scientific and technological innovation center.
