On July 16, Park Doo Yong, chairman of Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA), together with Ko Jea Chul, KOSHA's director of occupational safety and health research institute, Kwon Jong Kyu, director of KOSHA's international cooperation center, and other three people to visit the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection. Researcher Zhang Bin, director of the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection, and Researcher Wei Zhiyong, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection, attended the welcome ceremony.

At the meeting, Zhang Bin introduced the establishment and scientific research of the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection, focusing on the promotion of relevant research departments in the field of occupational safety and health, and accompanied the South Korean delegation to visit the anechoic laboratory, etc.

On behalf of the delegation, Park Doo Yong introduced the members of the delegation from South Korea and the basic situation of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Emphasis was placed on sending an invitation to the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection to participate in the 4th Asian Network of Occupational Health Association Conference and the 12th International Occupational Health Association Conference in 2020. Park Doo Yong offered to invite the members of the Park Doo Yong to visit South Korea in due course, so as to enhance the friendship between the two sides.

The two sides expressed their willingness to cooperate in the field of occupational safety and health, exchanged views on international academic conference cooperation, exchange of personnel visits, project cooperation and other contents, and made a preliminary prospect for the establishment of a friendly cooperative unit relationship between the Beijing Municipal Institute of Labour Protection and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency.
