On May 16, the delegation led by Fu Shunyi, the leader of Funing District, Qinhuangdao visited BJAST for an exchange and discussion. Shao Jinwen, the vice president of BJAST, attended the meeting.

Shao Jinwen welcomed Fu Shunyi and his colleagues and introduced relevant circumstances of BJAST. He pointed out that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordination Strategy is earnestly implemented by BJAST, and the next step will be to continue to strengthen cooperation with Qinhuangdao, taking the Qinhuangdao Jinghe Research Institute of Science and Technology as a platform to speed up the transformation and landing of scientific and technological achievements and serve Qinhuangdao's scientific and technological innovation, industrial transformation and upgrading and economic and social development. He hopes to strengthen exchanges with Funing District of Qinhuangdao in cooperation between academy and district in the future and further promote cooperation between the two sides.

Fu Shunyi introduced the district location, cultural environment, industrial transformation and upgrading, scientific and technological innovation and economic and social development of Funing District in Qinhuangdao. He said that Funing District in Qinhuangdao attaches great importance to cooperation with BJAST and will strongly support the construction of Qinhuangdao Jinghe Research Institute of Science and Technology and provide all-round services for BJAST.

Relevant personnel from the BJAST's Technology Transfer Center, Beijing Keli New Technology Development Corporation and Qinhuangdao Jinghe Research Institute of Science and Technology attended the meeting.
