Recently, Beijing Capital Group Atmosphere Environment Science & Technology Co., Ltd. a joint venture of BJAST was found. Its founding is a new model of BJAST on the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements carried out by the integration of intellectual property rights and social capital, marking that the combination of BJAST and social capital promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements enters a new stage. Guo Guangsheng, President of BJAST attended the opening ceremony. Li Aiqing, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Capital Group, and Li Songping, General Manager of Capital Group, attended the ceremony and made speeches.
