On October 18, BJAST and China Merchants Testing Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Wu Jianmin, Deputy Secretary of the leading party members’ group and President of the BJAST, Liu Yingjie, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Merchants Testing, Zheng Xin, Member of the leading party members’ group and Vice President of the BJAST, and Zhou Zuliang, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer of China Merchants Testing, attended the signing ceremony and held discussions and exchanges. Zheng Xin and Zhou Zuliang signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

At the meeting, Wu Jianmin pointed out that the two sides have a relatively broad foundation for cooperation, therefore they shall complement each other's advantages, strong alliances, and hoped signing a strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides as an opportunity to further broaden the cooperation between the two sides, to achieve the effect of "1 + 1>2", and to make more contributions to the development of China's scientific and technological service industry, including analysis and testing services.
