On September 4, the CIFTIS International Science and Technology Innovation Forum on Analysis and Testing Services to Promote High-quality Development was held in Shougang Park, Beijing. The theme of this forum is Science and Technology Driven Analysis and Testing Services, Innovation Leads High-quality Development, which is co-sponsored by the BJAST and the Beijing "Two Districts" Work Leading Group Office, and undertaken by the Institute of Analysis and Testing of and the International and Regional Cooperation Center of the BJAST. More than 150 representatives from the government, universities, institutes, enterprises, science and technology service institutions, investment service institutions and other entities participated in the forum offline, and more than 1,500 people watched it online.

Fang Li, Secretary of the leading party members’ group of the BJAST, said in his speech that scientific and technological innovation is a powerful driving force for the development of human society, and this forum aims to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with international cutting-edge analysis and testing technologies, give full play to the important role of data elements in the high-quality development of the industry, discuss cutting-edge trends, and lead the future of the industry.

2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. The Zhongguancun Global High-end Think Tank Alliance, led by the BJAST, organized more than 10 well-known experts and scholars to jointly create the book Beijing Promotes the Belt and Road Digital Innovation Research, which was officially released at this forum.

The Institute of Analysis and Testing of the BJAST and the Aerospace Material Support Division of the China Academy of Space Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement on data services. The forum provides an important platform for high-level exchanges on analysis and testing, which is conducive to promoting the high-level and international development of China's analysis and testing services, deepening the application of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence in analysis and testing, and jointly promoting the openness, integration and innovation of analysis and testing services.
