On August 9th, the Eurasia-Pacific Academic Association visited BJAST for exchange, Li Junkai, Director of the Center for International Cooperation, presided over the meeting, and Professor Wolf Dieter Rausch, chairman of EPU, attended the meeting.
Li Junkai stressed that the Center attaches great importance to cooperation with EPU, and in the future, it will continue to play the role of a bridge between EPU's Beijing office and realize the sharing of global innovation resources. Through the exchange of visits by scientific researchers, scientific and technological exchanges, international forums, academic seminars and other activities, we will further enhance the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of China and Austria, and actively promote multilateral practical cooperation between China and the EU.
After the talks, Li Junkai signed a memorandum of cooperation with EPU on behalf of the Center. The signing of this agreement is an important measure for the Center to implement the development strategy of openness of the BJAST, deeply integrate into the global scientific and technological innovation network, and deepen international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation. In the future, the two sides will carry out comprehensive cooperation in matching with international scientific research institutions and contribute to jointly promoting international scientific and technological and people-to-people exchanges.
