On 21^st May, under the guidance of the BJAST, the Achievement Exhibition and Acceptance Meeting of "Winter Olympics Food Safety Testing Technology Reserve and Application in the Food Supply Base Guarantee" was held, which was hosted by the Beijing Center for Physical and Chemical Analysis, and jointly organized by Beijing Food Safety Analysis and Testing Engineering Technology Research Center and Beijing Exchange Center of Science and Technology. Liu Qingjun, vice president of the BJAST, attended the meeting. Experts and project team members including Yang Pengyu, responsible person of the Winter Olympics Special Class of Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology, Jiang Jie, deputy director of the Beijing Food Safety Monitoring and Risk Assessment Center attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Zhang Jirui, Secretary of the Greneral Party branch of Beijing Center for Physical and Chemical Analysis, introduced the background of the project and the purpose and significance of the meeting. Zuo Qi from the Beijing Computing Center and Dr. Chen Bixiao from the Beijing Institute of Nutritional Resources respectively reported on the project's related work "One Map Prototype System of Food Safety Risk" and "Design of Nutrition Computing Logic and Nutrition Information Knowledge Base of Intelligent Catering System". The expert group put forward opinions on the project achievements and passed the acceptance of the project achievements according to the project entrustment letter and the report contents.

Researcher Liu Yan, the project leader, introduced the research results of the project.The project results centered on the scientific and technological support needed for food safety assurance, and carried out from the aspects of food safety risk investigation and information exchange in Winter Olympics, and eight major achievements were formed including "Report on Suggestions for Food Supply Assurance and Risk Control in Winter Olympics".

The participating experts affirmed the results of the project and put forward suggestions for the next steps. Liu Qingjun said in the concluding speech that the research achievements of the project have laid the foundation for the BJAST to carry out the related topics of the National Key R&D Program "Special Project of Science and Technology Winter Olympics", and the related achievements will provide scientific and technological support for the food safety assurance work of the Beijing Winter Olympics.
