二、申请人近几年作为科研骨干参与国家及省部级课题5项;近两年工作期间,主持纵向科研课题2项,包括北科协青年人才托举工程和北科院北科萌芽计划;主持横向科研课题8项(包括3项首都科技创新券项目):1、蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌的β-糖苷酶异源表达及人参皂苷转化研究;2、一个中药复方(KF201806)指纹图谱及基础物质成分研究(首都科技创新券项目);3、三七酸处理后皂苷类化学成分及抗肿瘤活性变化研究(首都科技创新券项目);4、一种创新配方女士素蛋白产品饱腹感功能评价研究;5、我国青海黑枸杞特征指纹图谱及其质量评价研究;6、基于药食同源原料控制血糖生成指数的营养代餐粉产品研发;7、不同阶段母乳及乳制品中多种游离低聚糖成分的研究;8、海南省槟榔(花、叶、茎、果)的全营养功能成分研究;通过科研转化服务的企业包括伊利、飞鹤乳业、恒顺醋业等上市公司。

三、带领团队构建了基于药食同源的功能因子成分信息库,建立了多种色谱与光谱技术识别相结合的目标功能因子快速鉴定技术,覆盖近300种功能成分的高效定性定量分析,包括人参皂苷类、黄酮类、异黄酮类、黄烷醇类、生物碱类、有机酸类、苯丙素类、香豆酸类、木脂素类、醌类、萜类等功能成分;在人参、红参、黑参、三七、西洋参、普洱茶、白茶、绿茶、醋、槟榔、黑枸杞、红枸杞等功能成分的分析检测技术处于国内外领先水平;为功能食品的开发及功能评价奠定了坚实基础。

四、根据企业的多元化需求提供定制服务,构建了多种功能评价模型,包括预防和辅助治疗心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、前列腺疾病,壮阳,抗氧化,抗衰老,改善睡眠,改善皮肤弹性和美白,黑发和防止脱发,饱腹感,润肠通便和缓解疲劳等细胞水平、动物水平的功能评价。

五、20178月的世界中联中药化学专业委员会第六届学术年会,申请人论文基于体内过程的中药有效成分和有效效应物质的发现策略及质量标准制定被世界中医药学会联合会中药化学专业委员会评为大会论文三等奖。
