• “Innovation Beijing” International Forum (2017) Was Held

  • On December 7-8th the “Innovation Beijing” International Forum (2017) was held by Beijing Academy of Science and Technology and undertook by Beijing Research Center for Science of Science. More than 200 people including government officials, experts and representatives of industry from China, Germany and Israel attended the meeting. The forum has invited more than 20 people including government officials, experts and representatives of industry to make speeches, exploring the new thoughts and methods to promote the development of science and technology innovation center.

    President Guo Guangsheng attended the opening ceremony and made the welcome speech, and he pointed out that the “Innovation Beijing” International Forum had been held 7 times in 7 years, this year made the 8th meeting. BJAST will take “Innovation Beijing” International Forum as a fixed platform to hold consistently. In 2017, Beijing municipal government formally approved the first 14 capital high-end new think-tanks; "scientific and technological innovation think-tank" was located in our hospital. In the future, our institute will take the construction of the national science and technology innovation center and Beijing's science and technology development strategy and policy as the main research directions, and focus on the hot and difficult issues in the development of the capital, building a collaborative innovation community. It is hoped that the participants will give full play to the guiding role of the mind and make positive contributions to the construction of Beijing into a scientific and technological innovation center with global influence.
